Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free within Australia on all orders over $99.
We currently do not offer free shipping for international orders at this stage.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99.
For orders under $99:
- (Australia Post): $9.95
- (Australia Post): $14.95
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order is on the way.
Please note: During peak sale or promotional periods, dispatch times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is handed to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking link. Simply click on the link and you will be re-directed to the Australia Post tracking site where you can see live updates of your order.
Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order may be still processing. If you haven't received any email confirmations or updates please send our team an email to hello@xoxosox.com and we will track your order for you.
I think my order is lost/ hasn't been delivered?
Sometimes thing don't go to plan, and although Australia Post generally make deliveries Australia wide within 2-8 days, there may be delays. Simply check your tracking link for the latest updated delivery date.
If your item still hasn't been delivered after 14 days get in touch with our team by emailing hello@xoxosox.com and we can launch an investigation with the shipping provider.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped out by us, you can absolutely change your shipping address. Please send an email to hello@xoxosox.com quoting your order number and the new shipping address.
If you have received a tracking number already or it has been dispatched, we recommend giving your courier a call and asking them to redirect it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. However, international shipping is coming soon!

Product & Care
How does your sizing work?
One Size fits most. Recommended fit EU 35-40, AU 6-10.
Our sock sizing is designed to be versatile fitting and is recommended for women’s shoe size EU 35-40, AU 6-10. To ensure a comfortable fit for most adults.
Some of our extra stretchy spandex and cotton socks have enough stretch to fit up to size 11, (but may be slightly off the heel).
How do I wash and care for my socks?
To best preserve the color, quality and lifespan of your XOXOSOX socks, turn the socks inside out when washing. This protects the outer fabric and helps clean the parts that matter most (like the soles).
Wash in cold water on delicates cycle with mild detergents. It's gentler on fabric, helps preserve colour, and saves energy too! Harsh formulas can break down elastics and fade dyes.
We recommend putting the socks in a mesh laundry bag when machine washing for extra protection!
Our socks will last longer if line dried in the shade. Avoid bleaching and ironing the socks. Please do not tumble dry your socks the heat from dryers can be brutal on fibres and elasticity.
For intricate designs or heavily embellished styles we recommend handwashing for extra love and care for your socks.
Is your packaging ecofriendly?
Yes! Our packaging and shipping materials are recyclable. We also use 100% compostable tissue paper.
Our packaging all comes from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper which comes from forests that are managed responsibly, ensuring environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
Please ensure you recycle our packaging responsibly!
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my socks?
Yes, all orders can be returned for an exchange or refund provided it is returned within 30 days from placing your order.
All items must be un-used and it's in new condition with its original packaging and tag intact.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
When the exchanged items have been inspected and approved for a refund, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to reach your account.
How long until my return is processed?
Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse and is inspected by our team, we will either refund you or immediately send out your exchanged socks.
