If you require your order urgently please email us on hello@xoxosox.com and we will do our best to accommodate dispatching your order as soon as we can. During peak periods we recommend selecting Express Shipping for faster delivery.
Please ensure that your address details are entered correctly before confirming your purchase so that your order arrives as expected. XOXOSOX is not responsible for missing parcels where an incorrect address is provided.
How much does shipping cost?We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $89. For orders under $89, standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95.

Order Arrival Time
Your order will be dispatched in 2 business days (any order that includes a preorder item will be dispatched once it has arrived in the office). As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a notification via email.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and should arrive in 2-3* days for metro areas, and 4-11* days for regional areas within Australia. Australian customers can alsoΒ check delivery estimates on Australia Post.
Please note during big sale peak periods, the courier network may also experience delays due to high volume of parcels being sent by other businesses as well. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our couriers or factors outside of our control.
Take into account both, dispatch processing time from our team and courier delivery time when placing an order. *Please allow an additional day for remote locations.

Can I change my address/order after my order has been placed?
Please note:Β Any delivery addresses received incomplete on orders will delay the dispatch time/delivery time.
As there is a small window between when you place your order and our warehouse team picking and dispatching it, we are sometimes unable to change an address once the order has been placed. If you have entered the wrong address, please send our customer service team at hello@xoxosox.comΒ to see if they are able to catch it before it is on its way!
If you have received a tracking number already or it has been dispatched, we recommend giving your courier a call and asking them to redirect it.

Is your packaging ecofriendly?
Yes! Our packaging and shipping materials are recyclable. We also use 100% compostable tissue paper.
Our packaging all comes from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper which comes from forests that are managed responsibly, ensuring environmental, social, and economic sustainability.
Please ensure you recycle our packaging responsibly!
